Tea stories from all over the world: The “samova World Tour” turns tea enjoyment into a lifestyle experience in extraordinary places – including exciting travel experiences, unusual teatime ceremonies and new creative tea blends.
Weltmeyster and the premium tea brand samova have a long-standing partnership and close friendship. In the early years, joint tea developments were created in which Weltmeyster not only contributed creative namings – such as “Alberta Rodeo” – but also staged dance tea events for destinations in the Atlantic Hotel Hamburg.
Over time, the collaboration developed into production trips as part of the “samova World Tour”. samova-TeaJay and -Djay always traveled stylishly dressed to selected destinations to experience the spirit of sustainability and lifestyle up close – always accompanied by unique samova tea experiences and presentations.
The teams explored Namibia, Finland and Usedom, among other places, to capture the dynamism and beauty of the destinations – always under the label of a special samova tea. Tour operators such as FTI have integrated and marketed sustainable lifestyle trips in these destinations, establishing samova as an inspiring companion for conscious and stylish travel.
For this campaign, we created the “Orange Safari”, a unique tea travel experience that combines enjoyment, adventure and sustainability. Together with Master Tea-Jay “Amando” and his friend “Gigi”, we have developed an inspiring route through Namibia that combines the origin of our Rooibos tea with the impressive African landscape. Thanks to strong partners such as the Namibia Tourism Board and FTI Touristik, we were able to create a trip that was not only bookable, but also conveyed the spirit of friendship, discovery and tea culture in a special way.
